Lewis Lovelock is an independent content creator running a YouTube channel focused on everyday tech - the gear, apps and workflows he actually uses day to day. His goal is to create engaging, enjoyable and informative content, not to actively promote sales through scripted reviews. His reviews are as honest and objective as possible, and his opinions, jokes and mistakes are all his own.


Audience Overview

My channel attracts tech enthusiasts who are interested in practical, real-world technology use rather than hype or spec-sheet comparisons. The audience skews towards:

  • Apple ecosystem users (including 1st party hardware & 3rd party accessories)
  • Productivity and workflow enthusiasts (interested in hardware and software)
  • People interested in camera gear and video production
  • Viewers who value honest, no-nonsense opinions over flashy production

What Makes a Good Fit

I look for partnerships with brands and products that:

  • I would genuinely use myself, regardless of sponsorship
  • Align with the Apple ecosystem or complement it
  • Provide real value to my audience
  • Have a track record of quality and customer support
  • Are willing to let me share my honest experience

The best sponsorships feel like natural recommendations, not adverts. If I wouldn't tell a mate about your product over a coffee, it's probably not right for my channel.


Types of Collaboration

I offer the following sponsorship formats:

  • Pre-roll integration - A brief mention at the start of a video (15-30 seconds)
  • Mid-roll integration - A dedicated segment within a video where I explain the product and how I use it (60-90 seconds)
  • Dedicated review - A full video focused on your product, with my honest assessment

I am happy to discuss talking points or key messages you would like covered, but the final script and delivery will be in my own words and style.


Sponsorship Ethics

To maintain the trust of my audience and the integrity of my channel, I am selective about the brands and products I work with. I will not accept sponsorships or partnerships that conflict with my values or could mislead my viewers.

Products and Services I Will Not Promote

  • DRM circumvention tools - Software designed to bypass copy protection or digital rights management systems
  • Counterfeit or replica products - Items that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property
  • Misleading financial products - Get-rich-quick schemes, dubious cryptocurrency projects or predatory financial services
  • Gambling platforms - Online casinos, betting sites or similar services
  • Products I cannot personally verify - Items I have not used or tested myself
  • Anything illegal - Products or services that violate UK law or the laws of my viewers' regions
  • Competitors' disparagement - I will not create content designed solely to harm another brand's reputation

Brand Alignment

I reserve the right to decline any sponsorship opportunity that I feel does not align with my channel's focus, audience expectations or personal ethics - even if the product itself is not listed above. A good partnership should benefit both parties and, most importantly, provide genuine value to my viewers.


Sponsorship Etiquette

The following etiquette rules are non-negotiable when working with my YouTube channel.

Editorial Independence

  • I do not submit previews of my videos to anyone for approval or revision.
  • I will not moderate or censor comments that are factually accurate, regardless of how critical they are towards my performance or the subjects of my reviews, provided they are expressed respectfully.

Talking Points

I am happy to receive talking points or key messages you would like included. However, all sponsored content will be delivered in my own words and style. I do not read scripts provided by sponsors.

Disclosure & Transparency

  • In accordance with applicable laws and YouTube's guidelines, I am required to disclose that a video is partially sponsored and that I received product review samples from the manufacturer in exchange for a fair review.
  • This means I will be checking the "includes paid promotion" option on all sponsored content.

Content Commitment

  • While I cannot control viewership numbers, I can promise high production values and informative content without bias.
  • I will use my best judgment to promote my videos in a way that is likely to reach my target audience.

Video Sharing & Copyright

  • I am happy to allow others to share my videos, as long as they are shared by embedding or linking directly to the original video on my YouTube channel.
  • Re-uploading my videos anywhere without my explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Usage Rights

Sponsors may not use clips, screenshots or any portion of my videos in their own marketing materials without prior written agreement. If usage rights are required, this must be discussed and agreed before the collaboration begins, and may incur additional fees.


Practical Information

Lead Time

Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks from initial contact to video publication. Rush jobs may be possible but are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before the video goes live. For larger projects, I may request a deposit before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before I have begun work, a full refund will be issued.
  • If you cancel after I have begun work (scripting, filming or editing), 50% of the agreed fee is non-refundable.
  • If I cancel for any reason before work begins, a full refund will be issued.
  • I reserve the right to terminate a partnership and remove sponsored content if a brand's reputation changes in a way that could harm my channel or mislead my audience.

Shipping & Samples

  • Packages and parcels that require me to pay import fees or cash on delivery (COD) in any way, shape or form will not be accepted.
  • If you are planning to send energy drink samples, please include two cans per flavour in case one gets damaged during transit.
